In honor of American Heart Month, we couldn’t be prouder to recognize our committed Cardiology partner, Dr. Michael Horwitz of Lourdes Cardiology Services. Under his esteemed leadership, our cardiac rehabilitation program has grown to serve hundreds of South Jersey area patients annually. Via consultative support and collaboration with our experienced interdisciplinary team, Dr. Horwitz is leading the cardiac charge in the delivery of quality focused post-acute rehabilitation.
