We couldn’t be more excited about the early collaborative relationship with Lourdes Cardiology. Under the direction of Dr. Michael Horowitz, our comprehensive Cardiac Rehabilitation Program offers the next level of cardiac transitionary care and services to individuals requiring rehabilitation prior to returning home.
