Laurel Brook Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center has achieved a Five-Star Quality Measures rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), in addition to an overall Five-Star Rating. CMS, a division of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, assigns one to five-star ratings to nursing homes based on its survey and certification process, with 5 stars indicating above-average quality services. This 220-bed skilled nursing facility offers post-hospital care, short-term rehab, and long-term residential care, emphasizing superior services and specialized clinical programs such as Chronic Illness Support, Cardiac Care, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Management.
